MALAM ABDULMALIK ABUBAKAR GAJAM
Abdulmalik Abubakar Gajam was born on the 31st of September over three decades ago in Gusau, Zamfara State, and is a notable individual known for his accomplishments and expertise in various fields. As a business professional, he has a proven track record of successful contract negotiations, particularly in the agricultural industry. In 2020, he brokered a contract agreement worth one million, five hundred thousand US Dollars ($1,500,000) between Habigamo Solutions International Limited and LLC Grand Moscow Russia, focusing on the delivery of agricultural products from Nigeria to Russia.
Abdulmalik possesses a strong background and experience in critical business areas such as buying and selling gold materials, manufacturing, buying and selling local footwear, retailing and distribution of clothing materials. He has also actively engaged in the wholesale and retail business of food commodities, particularly flour, delivering truckloads of flour-to-flour marketers in Zamfara State from 2017 to 2019.
Not limited to his business ventures, Abdulmalik has also made significant contributions to peace and conflict resolutions. He has acted as an intermediary between the Federal Government of Nigeria and communities in Warri, Delta State, helping to resolve conflicts under the Ecological Funds Scheme. Furthermore, he has provided consulting services to various non-governmental organizations and worked with the Himma Community Health Circle Initiative to promote peaceful resolutions in rural areas of Zamfara State.
Abdulmalik’s expertise extends to conducting evaluations and providing recommendations for improvement. He conducted an evaluation of RTA Dubai, focusing on their customer outreach strategies. His comprehensive report identified issues and provided recommended solutions to enhance their programs.
Throughout his career, Abdulmalik has successfully accomplished numerous project developments, including website and application development, database management projects, and prototypes. These projects have been rated and approved by professionals, highlighting Abdulmalik’s proficiency in problem-solving and marketing.
As the founder of the Youths Liaison Motivity (YLM) in 2019, Abdulmalik has demonstrated his commitment to empowering and supporting young individuals in various endeavors.
Abdulmalik’s educational qualifications include MBA in Project Management, a National Youth Service Certificate, and a BSc in Information Technology and Business Information System from Middlesex University Dubai. He has also participated in an International Foundation program and holds certifications in Pearson Test of English and the West African Examination Council.
Abdulmalik has gained valuable working experience in roles such as a Marketing Consultant, senior special Assistant for Cabinet Affairs to the State Governor in Zamfara State, Managing Director of A. Rabo & Sons Nig Ltd, Executive Director of Habigamo Solutions International Limited, Intellum Bureau de Change, and Tug Luxury Living (Real Estate Company). He has also worked as a surveyor for the World Health Organization in Zamfara State, currently holds the position of National President of the Youth’s Liaison Motivity as well as the incumbent Honourable commissioner Ministry of budget and planning, Zamfara state, chairman committee public finance refunds, SCSC NG CARES AND SABER program Zamfara state to mention but few.
Throughout his career, Abdulmalik has received numerous awards and honors, such as the Icon of Hope by the Zamfara State Students Association (ABU Zaria), Youth Ambassador for the Federal University Gusau graduating class of 2018, Award of Merit by the Juvenile Aid Foundation, Award of Honor by the National Union of Zamfara State Students (NUZAMSS), Honorary Award by the Association of Computer Science Students (FCET Gusau), Beacon of Hope for the Nigerian Youth by the Rotaract Club of Kwara State University, and traditional title ships of Lamido of Sabon Garin Gusau, Zamfara State (2018) and Lamido of Zamfara (2020).
Apart from his professional achievements, Abdulmalik enjoys hobbies such as reading, public speaking, horse riding, and traveling. He values diversity and believes in delivering outstanding results in all aspects of life.
He is a devoted Muslim, married to his dear wife, highly principled, a complete philanthropist cum a humanitarian per excellence.

Sani Abubakar Bukuyyum, mcpn
Sani Abubakar Bukkuyum was born on the 30th day of December 1976. As a member of Muslim family, he attended Qur’anic school in his early years after which he attended Bodinga Model Primary School, Bodinga from 1982 – 1988. He further attended Haliru Abdu Arabic Secondary School Birnin Kebbi from 1988 – 1993 where he obtained his Secondary School Living Certificate.
Sani is a graduate of Information Technology from Sikkim Mannipal University India, and attended many short courses on Public Financial Management, Leadership, Public Forecasting, Data Analytics, VSAT Field Engineering, Radio Frequency Wireless Networking, CISCO Networking and Comptia A+ System Maintenance. Mr. Bukkuyum is a Chartered Member of Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria (CPN), full Member of Nigeria Computer Society (NCS), PanAmsat (U.S.A.) registered VSAT engineer and also Qkon Pty (S.A.) acre dated ICT personnel.
Sani joined the civil service as Computer Assistance and rose up to Chief Computer Programme Officer, he headed Budget Tracking Unit for half a decade before he became the Director Budget and later Permanent Secretary. He participated in multiple committees set up by the State Government and also quite a number programmes especially those with external financing. He has been an advocate of Gender Equity, as an innovator in the ICT industry, he is always ready to learn new things. Part of his strengths include ability to work efficiently under tense pressure, managing grievances, analytical & strong reporting skills, leadership skills among others.
